The Author
Elad Bushari, the author of the
"Boston Real Estate Market Report", started his real estate
career in 2004. Eager to quickly learn the trends of the Boston
real estate market, Elad utilized his experience and knowledge
of math, science and statistics to track, record and analyze the
Boston real estate market. In summer 2005, when the 'real estate
bubble' rumors began to expand, frightening sellers, buyers and real estate agents
alike, Elad decided to put his statistics and analysis on paper.
"People need to understand trends
and not just flow with them," Elad says. "The Boston
Market Report allows people to visualize and understand the
trends in order to make better decisions."
With the understanding that there are
currents inside any trends, Elad divided the Boston
neighborhoods into number of bedrooms categories and analyzed
the luxury market as an individual area.
Elad was born and raised in Israel,
joined the Israeli Defense Forces in 1998 and served in a
special operations unit for five years, completing his service as a
Captain with honors. During his service, Elad attended the Open
University in Tel-Aviv to learn math and computer science. Today
Elad is a real estate consultant working with Gibson Sotheby's
International Realty specializing in residential real estate, luxury
real estate and real estate investments.
"Knowledge is the key; when you
know - no one can fool you, you're in a better negotiation
position and you're safe. Every real estate transaction should
be a part of financial strategy and business plan; it
doesn't matter if you're a buyer, seller or an investor. Your
plan should contain the start point and your exit strategies
based on the market trends and the forecast of the
future."
